So as you can see, by eating a metabolism booting diet, we are also one step closer to weight loss.
You can also improve your metabolism by eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. If you eat large meals, your metabolism has to work twice as hard just to break down the food and it eventually becomes sluggish.
